Miscellaneous

Personal laundry is undertaken on site if requested. Staff will mark all Residents clothing on admission. Relatives are encouraged to formulate an inventory on admission so we can monitor and identify items. St. Bartholomew's Court accepts no responsibility for loss/damage of clothing. Families can request that laundry is not undertaken by the home and facilitate laundry themselves.

St. Bartholomew's Court will provide bedding, towels and flannels; residents are welcome to bring their own if they would like a more personalised experience.

Hairdressing facilities are available 2 days per week at a small charge, paid to the hairdresser directly.

Newspapers/magazines can be ordered from the local newsagent at the resident's request, for a small charge.

The local minister and priest visit regularly and residents are encouraged to maintain links with their own church if preferred.

Shopping requests are undertaken as required.
